A $100 penalty applies for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. A $250 penalty is charged for having pets in the unit. Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account. On checkout, please turn off the lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you. Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your booking account. It is important to turn off the AC when you open the door or windows to prevent it from freezing and stopping working.
