The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee bar, high-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, smart TVs in the living room and primary suite, and washer/dryer facilities. Parking is available in the garage and driveway. Outside, enjoy a fenced backyard perfect for pets, a BBQ grill, a dedicated corn hole area, and the shade of oak trees. Pets are welcome with a pet fee. Adult dogs must be 18 months or older and weigh less than 50 lbs. Dogs are not allowed on furniture, and any signs of paws or fur may result in a cleaning fee. All waste must be picked up before checkout, and pets must be on a leash when outside the property. No cats allowed. A $150 cleaning fee applies if these rules are not followed. A $75 cleaning fee applies if the BBQ is not cleaned after use. If personal items are left behind, a $45 handling fee applies for return shipping, in addition to the actual shipping cost. No parties or large gatherings are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted on the property unless approved in advance. Smoking or vaping inside the home is not permitted, and a $200 cleaning fee will be applied if signs of smoking are found indoors. Before you leave, please throw trash away and lock up. All primary renters must be at least 26 years of age. The home includes a dedicated desk set-up and reliable Wi-Fi, perfect for remote work or business travel without sacrificing comfort.
