Location is a nice, quiet, safe and centrally situated townhouse in Buffalo Grove (NW burbs). Also included is a third of the open floor area with dining/living/kitchen section. Occasional use of kitchen on first floor as needed is acceptable. No couples, no pets (cat possible) and no smoking. There is a door to the basement for privacy, however you will be sharing the open floor area with my son (sports equipment) and myself (Gym). Prefer no shoes worn in the house. Prefer female. This is a room for rent in my house. Rent includes utilities (electric, heat, water). There will be a fee for internet use (negotiable). Laundry unit is on the second floor and will be available for use. Use of kitchen on first floor will be available, on an as needed basis. We have a quiet, private lifestyle and prefer that you are the same, however you can have visitors but no sleepovers.
