The living room features plastered walls, oak wood floors, beams, latillas, built-in shelves and a gas log fireplace, with the original hearth. DINING ROOM The dining area has a large, round table and chairs for family dining, and is adjacent to the updated kitchen. KITCHEN The kitchen has rich slate floors, custom cabinets, and a new Samsung double oven gas stove, Bosch dishwasher, LG Fridge/Freezer. Equipped with additional cooking appliances, including Cuisinart coffee maker, toaster, Retro microwave, large Crockpot and utensils for those family/friend gatherings. SUNROOM The sunroom off the far side of the kitchen, which doubles as an office, second living room or sleeping space, also has a Smart TV. This room has a gas fireplace and the two single rollaway beds can be moved into this room with a privacy-curtain, making it a perfect space for extra guests.
