The house has brand new fencing and a just redone storage space inside the garage. House comes with an exterior fully covered laundry room ready for hook up (does not come with any laundry machines). There is space for one car inside the driveway. The house's exterior was recently redone with brand new stucco and paint. The house will come with a stove, refrigerator, and bookshelf. Bookshelf can be removed from property if desired. Landlord pays for trash. Renters are responsible for all utilities. There is an independent tenant that shares utilities with the house and a credit will be given to renters for that. Pets are allowed but read the rental agreement for requirements.
