Furnished vintage beach bungalow, where you'll find a fully furnished, separate apartment complete with a kitchenette and a private bath. Our beach cabana is simple and "vintage" in style, but has most of the essentials for a comfortable and private stay. We are looking for a short-term tenant, and people usually stay with us a few months. $1600 a month (or $450 per week), enjoy the convenience of all utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, and free parking included in the price. No need to worry about additional costs or hidden fees, just settle in and start making the most of your visit. This all-inclusive rate ensures a hassle-free stay. Cute and private "beach bungalow" where you will have free parking in our driveway for one car and can walk to Lincoln Park or Lowman Beach. Inside you will find two desks, chairs, bookcase and lamps. A comfortable loveseat, a Smart ROKU TV and fast internet. There is a kitchenette (but no dishwasher, fan or garbage disposal - sorry!) but lots of plates, dishes, pots & pans, plus a microwave and toaster oven. (Note: We do not have a kitchen fan so if you like to saute garlic, broccoli, cauliflower or cook a lot of bacon, fish or other odiferous foods, this may not be right for you, but perfect for making sandwiches and salads.) In addition, there is a full bed with linens, plus a second set for laundry day. We also supply towels and supplies. Washer and Dryer is shared with us and it's free. **Cleanliness is very important to us, so we do supply cleaning supplies and a vacuum and we would hope you would clean the apartment daily and wash your sheets weekly or we can provide a bi-weekly hotel-style cleaning and linen changes for an additional $200 a month, it's up to you.** From the cabana you can sit on the patio or walk to Lowman Beach or stroll to Lincoln Park where you'll find a giant troll in the forest and (in summer months) a waterfront heated saltwater pool. No need to join a gym when you live here. If you like to hike you can choose a simple walk right along the sea wall or a little more arduous trek up the hill through old-growth forest. Such a refreshing retreat right next to the busy city. Sometimes you can view harbor seals, otters, dolphins or whales swim along the edge of the water. We know that sometimes people like to have overnight or visiting guests, but with some shared facilities (washer & dryer, etc), this makes us uncomfortable to share access codes and amenities so please, no unregistered guests and no sleeping on any furniture but the bed.** **No smoking, vaping, fires or open flames, in or near the premises. Quiet hours 10pm-8am. No parties or other entertaining on the premises as those activities may impact our neighbors and we all want a quiet and peaceful environment near the beach.** **Your unit has a separate entrance and privacy, but we do have another guest suite and we live onsite. We attempt to use natural cleaning supplies to keep our home hypoallergenic for those with sensitivities, and we use essential oils to keep our home pest-free. **Our cleaning staff uses cleaners and essential oils (including eucalyptus oil, tea tree oil, cinnamon, citrus, peppermint, pine, wintergreen) that are harmless to humans but poisonous to animals so NO PETS ALLOWED. If you have a legitimate service animal, you MUST give us proper notice so we can make "reasonable accommodation" and your service animal is not harmed (30 days notice is suggested so we can clear the premises of harmful essential oils). In addition, we use pest control methods and supplies that are harmless to humans but may be poisonous to rodents and animals.** PLEASE NOTE: Washington State House Bill 2822 - an offender can be fined $500 for a civil infraction if service animals claims are found to be false. This is a furnished rental for one person with some shared amenities/common areas (laundry & garden). Rent is based on one-person occupancy. No animals, non-registered guests, no parties. Just a quiet beach cottage for one. Residence and parking for one person only. Please have job and rental references.
