    OPPORTUNITY TIME! - remodel is underway, but right now could be your chance to choose carpet or opt out of carpet with different flooring as well as choice of bathroom floors, work with us on contractors, work with us on getting additional things done, etc. However, we will continue moving forward with the remodel as noted before. Note 4/30/2021 - Remodel involves bathroom remodel which includes new vanities, tub and tile refinishing and flooring; new carpet in lower level, newer appliances, newly painted exterior and interior as well as repainted kitchen cabinets.
