We require that everyone over the age of 18 that will be residing in the apartment complete an application and submit for approval. Our application submission qualifications are: 1) Credit score must be at least a 600 to be considered. 2) Net household income should be 2.5 times the amount of the rental rate. 3) Occupancy cannot exceed five people in a two bedroom, three people in a one bedroom and two people in a single. 4) Previous Eviction or Bankruptcy is not permitted for submission. 5) Pets not accepted. 6. No Co-signers When returning an application we will require the following to start the application process: ___ Fully completed application for EACH applicant 18 and over who will be living in the apartment. ___ Two forms of identification for EACH applicant 18 and over who will be living in the apartment (copies required). ___ Most recent paystub(s) confirming gross income requirements (equal to one month). ___ Most recent Bank Statements for all applicants ___ Money Order or Cashier's Check in the amount of $35.00 for EACH application submitted made payable to (your building name). ___ Money Order or Cashier's Check in the amount of $150.00 made payable to (Your building name), to hold the apartment while the application is being processed.
