If you work at UVA hospital, you can walk to work if you so desire. You can walk to nearby neighborhood parks and grocery shopping at Food Lion or 5th Street Station is just 1.5 miles away. If you have middle school age children they have a 5 min. walk to school. We want to ensure quick turnover between tenants (and because we put a lot of work into this house) so this is a pet free and smoke free home. Tenant is responsible for paying all utilities. Owner will cover yard maintenance to include cutting of grass in the summer and leaf removal in the winter. Tenant is responsible for snow removal. Owner will cover routine maintenance. Considering that we have replaced just about everything, we do not anticipate many maintenance needs, but we will cover things like HVAC not working, leaking roof, a significant plumbing issue, etc... as long as it is determined to be a routine maintenance issue.
