This spectacular scenery is viewable from our large windows in the living room, dining room, kitchen and family room. Our three bedroom and two bath ranch home includes easy access with our back ramp. Sleeps up to eight people. Rental includes utilities, smart TV, wireless internet, snowplowing and garbage removal. Open concept living enhances daily living and entertaining. The kitchen is fully equipped with Keurig, toaster, blender, pots, dishes, utensils, glasses, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and Bosch dishwasher. In the living room, a 50" smart tv is on a swivel arm to permit several desirable viewing positions in this open area. Master bedroom suite includes a king size bed and walk in closet. A full bath with tub is in the master bath. The second guest bedroom with walk in closet is furnished with a queen size bed. The third bedroom contains a queen size bed. There is second full bath with bath tub/shower combination. A separate family room with round table provides a fun area to play games or a work area. There is a walk-in laundry room area with HE washer and dryer. Enjoy the front porch with comfortable chairs to enhance your lake experience. The large back deck provides a shady retreat with gas grill and plenty of seating. Off street parking for up to three cars. Additional parking is about a block away and must be reserved in advance if needed. Our dock can moor your boat and or jet ski. Two kayaks with paddles and life vests are available for use on a first come basis. There is a small beach with fire pit when lake water conditions permit. Only small to medium size dog are permitted with prior approval and pet fee. This fee is determined by type and age of dog. Guest response will help Host in determining pet fee amount that may range from $75 to $150 prior to booking. So close to all Saratoga Springs and Lake George attractions. Short term rental due to existing leases in early June 2026. Base Rental of $2550 plus $350 monthly utilities allowance, wireless internet, snowplowing and garbage removal for total of $2900. Only small to medium size dog are permitted with prior approval and pet fee. This fee is determined by type and age of dog. Guest response will help Host in determining pet fee amount that may range from $75 to $150 prior to booking. If no damage to home, $1500 security is refunded. If damage, these costs are deducted from security deposit. No smoking or cats permitted.
