ML Rose and many of the new restaurants/bars on Charlotte and West Nashville are close. The house is ten minutes from Percy Warner and 7 minutes from West End. The house is in a very convenient, quiet and safe location. It is surrounded by trees up on a hill that overlooks the valley, away from the road with a concealed driveway, outdoor patio and deck on the second level. I occupy the upstairs and work from home some. You will be in one of the bedrooms(4) downstairs with a private bath. I will be renting two rooms downstairs and one will be a guest room for short term stays. You will have use of the laundry, living room/common area downstairs and the deck and kitchen upstairs also.
