This is a very nice and pleasant place to live. It will be sold furnished with washer and dryer, central vac, closet in the entry of the condo building for skiis or storage, 2 small decks out of the two guest bedrooms, granite in each bathroom and master bathroom, granite in Kitchen, tile floors in kitchen and bathroom, carpet in bedrooms, double size bunk beds {New} in kids bedroom /large double door closets, Queen Bed in other bedroom/ large double door closet, Kingsize bed in Master Bedroom/walk in closet . I had security screen doors put on the outside of each door going out to the decks from the bedrooms for fresh air. Also a security screen door on the living room door going out to the front deck. Two western Pictures on the walls and an electric mantel fireplace. This Condo was used only by owners and never rented. We aren't skiing anymore and we want to sell this unit. The HOA has been paid thru December 2018.
