At a cost of $25 each, 2 Temporary Residents ID Cards are available for purchase directly through The Villages at the Villages Sales Office in Brownwood Square. Temporary Resident IDs provide access to over 40 free Executive Golf Courses (doesn't include trail fee), 13 Championship Golf Courses, Village Recreation Centers, swimming pools, and over 1000 organized clubs and activities. Pets: For the purpose of ensuring an allergy-free stay for all guests, no animals/pets are allowed inside the home or on the property. Overnight Guests: Rates are based on double occupancy; however, two additional overnight guests will be considered at the Landlord's discretion. Any unregistered guests without prior approval will result in a $100 fee per guest per day deducted from the security deposit and/or termination of the lease. Long Term Rental: HUGE benefit/savings to renter due to the 7% Florida tax being waived for any term longer than 6 months. Owner pays: Amenity fee, water, trash, sewer, lawn service, fertilization, and pest control services. Complimentary house cleaning/filter change/repairs provided every 3 months (mandatory). Tenant pays: Electricity, gas, cable TV (if desired), and internet for long-term rental of 6 months or longer.
