Not noted here are: an upstairs room currently used for sewing/embrodery and sizable bonus room over the garage. Three bedrooms downstairs and one upstairs. There is an office (space) at the top of the stairs. 7188 is distinguished by a 22X25 ft PA Blue Stone patio, a roughly 18X20 ft deck off the 24X36 ft in-ground pool (new liner and Hayward power cell in May of 2017) and outside restroom and shower. Not everyone does, but if you enjoy or think you would enjoy a spacious pool with amenities, 7188 has just that. A new 30-year roof was put on in June of 2017. The house is situated on a one and one-half acre corner lot. Our decision to downsize was made following retirement in 2012. We've spent many comfortable and happy years living on the corner in 7188.
