A non-refundable deposit is required for pets along with a monthly pet fee. Garbage, sewer, and water are included in the rent. The tenant pays for electricity. There is a washer and dryer on the premises. A background check is required. The first month's rent and a deposit equal to the monthly rent are required when signing the lease. To qualify you, and any other adults living in the apartment, must pass a background check. The tenant(s) are responsible for the cost of the background check. A minimum 1-year lease is required. No pets will be kept on the premises without express permission from the Landlord or the Property Manager. This includes visiting pets. The Living Quarters does not allow large animals.
