Free parking is available for one vehicle in a designated space. One pet is allowed per reservation with a pet fee of $125 for stays of up to 7 days, or $250 for stays longer than 7 days. Located steps from Indian Rocks Beach, this apartment is close to the intracoastal for fishing and within a 2-minute walk to Italian, seafood, Mexican, and other dining options. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. A digital rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival, and a legal ID along with a verification selfie must be provided as well. Owners are required to pick up after their pets, and pets must be leashed at all times when outside the apartment. A violation of either rule can result in immediate removal without a refund and an additional penalty of up to $400.
