This family-friendly and spacious apartment features an open kitchen and a large living area with comfy couches and a Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with white cabinets, a double-door fridge, an oven, a stovetop, a dishwasher, a breakfast bar with seating for 2, a coffee maker, utensils, plates, glasses and cabinet lighting. Enjoy the convenience of in-unit laundry with a washer and dryer, complimentary linens, hand towels, bath towels, beach towels, coffee, and soaps provided at check-in. Beach supplies including chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, and a picnic basket are available. Free Wi-Fi and free parking for one car are included, with additional parking suggestions provided. This is a pet-friendly apartment. Upon request, an air mattress can be provided for kids or a third couple for an extra fee. Local dining and fishing spots are just a short walk away. Enjoy direct beach access from the large patio with ocean views, shared with the complex and including sofas, picnic tables, and a hose for rinsing sand. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM. A digital rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival, and a legal ID along with a verification selfie must be provided as well. We allow one pet per reservation, and pets more than 60lbs are not allowed without prior permission. There is a pet fee of $175 for stays of up to 7 days, and for stays longer than 7 days, the pet fee is $250. Owners are required to pick up after their pets, and pets must be leashed at all times when outside the unit. A violation of either rule can result in immediate removal without a refund and an additional penalty of up to $400. Unauthorized pets will result in immediate removal without a refund and a penalty of $400. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or on the premises.
