Modifications and Alterations No modifications, alterations, or improvements to the property are permitted without prior written consent from the Owner. This includes, but is not limited to: Painting or wallpapering any part of the interior or exterior Installing or removing fixtures, shelves, or appliances Mounting televisions or drilling holes in walls Changing or replacing locks, door hardware, or light fixtures Adding or modifying landscaping, fencing, or outdoor structures Installing satellite dishes, security cameras, or other equipment Any unauthorized modifications will be considered a violation of the lease and may result in repair charges or forfeiture of part or all of the security deposit.
