PARKING -The driveway is to the left of the unit and can fit 3-4 cars. Additionally, there is space for 1-2 cars for street parking. The garage can fit 1 car. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out. The neighborhood Located in very family oriented neighborhood that boasts tree lined streets and unique homes. Guests may enjoy a walk and will find friendly neighbors, kids playing, and folks enjoying front porches. Getting around The driveway is to the left of the unit and can fit 3-4 cars. Additionally, there is space for 1-2 cars for street parking. The garage can fit 1 car! Most attractions will require taking an $20 Uber/Lyft ride or renting a car. Other things to note HOUSE RULES: No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $500 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times 10:00pm to 7:00am. Owner pays for wifi, water, gas and electric. NO smoking allowed. $1,000 fine for smoking in the property. Pets are allowed. . There is a $50 fee for one pet and $100 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full
