Terms: A minimum security deposit of $500.00 (for short stay) is required to reserve the unit and an application fee. The security deposit is a good faith deposit to hold the property and must be rec'd in order lock the property in for your stay. It then becomes your damage security during your stay and returned once the home is inspected after you move out . The security deposit is non-refundable if you decide to cancel, unless a new tenant is found and rents in your place.
