Pets are welcome with a fee of $200 per pet, with a limit of 2 pets unless otherwise approved. There is a weight limit of 25lbs and restricted breeds include Pit Bull, Doberman, Rottweiler, and German Shepherd. Pet registration is required, and pets must wear a current rabies tag when walking on the premises. Parking is limited to a maximum of 2 vehicles per condo. Check-in is at 4:00 PM with contactless entry, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A unique entry code will be sent 10 minutes prior to check-in for a seamless arrival.
