The Google street view photo of a single story home exterior is the only true photo of 7206 South Ute Trail in this listing. All of the other photos are actually of 7209 South Ute Trail. When 7209 was last sold several years ago, the MLS listing was incorrectly posted for 7206. I have "claimed" my home on Zillow and removed the photos from the listing. They do not show on my owner's editing view, but remain in the public listing. I have contacted Zillow on multiple occasions and requested the removal of the inaccurate photos. Zillow does not respond. After a Google search, I learned that Zillow's policy is that if it was posted by an MLS realtor, it can only be removed by an MLS realtor. A local realtor I contacted for assistance has additionally told me that they cannot edit another realtors listing (even for a home that is not currently listed for sale), and good luck finding the original realtor. In other words, there is no resolution and Zillow doesn't care.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Zillow. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.
