There is no lease to sign, and you can stay for 1 week or forever! All our units are furnished with a full kitchen; all utilities, cable, and Wi-Fi included. There is also laundry on site and Courtesy Patrol at night. If you are planning on staying long term, we would also sign you up for our FREE Rewards program. You can start earning points right away that can be redeemed in our online catalog and earn free nights. Our office hours are 9 am to 7 pm Monday Friday and Saturday and Sunday 11am to 7pm. all utilities are included in the weekly, bi-weekly or monthly price, up to 1 dog per room under 40 pounds, or 2 cats, or 1 dog and 1 cat allowed.
