Perks and Location: -All utilities included -Free parking on the side of the house -Yard Access -Only 2 minutes from I-15 -Walkable to groceries (Winco), gas (7-Eleven), and dining (Mo Bettah's, Jersey Mike's, Swig, and more) No pets or smoking please! - Prefer at least a year, but length is negotiable - No smoking or pets.
