Hi, we are looking for 2 girls to fill the downstairs bedroom and upstairs bedrooms. Each share a bathroom with one other room. The house was built in 1910. It's a 10 minute walk to main street and a 12-minute walk from msu campus or a 3-minute drive. Street parking is available. There is shared storage in the garage and basement. Includes patios and backyard space with a garden and grill. Washer and dryer use is included. The rent for both rooms is $1,000 a month, plus fixed utilities, which is $50. There are currently myself and one other girl living here. We go to msu and are looking for a quieter, and very clean girl. We want someone who will help take care of the space. No pets allowed. Preferably someone 19-24 years old. The lease can begin as soon as January 15th 2025 and will go through July 31 2025 with the option to renew another year.
