It's a quick hop over to grocery stores, and the growing downtown area is only minutes away, including coffeeshops, restaurants, the newly built plaza with a weekly farmers market, and a new brewery! Additionally, the 29 Palms entrance to the national park is less than ten minutes away. Currently, the unit is occupied by tenants. I will try to have a showing while they're there closer to the first part of March as they won't be out until March 20th. Tenant pays for water and electricity, there is no gas or propane on the property. Small pets are allowed with additional pet damage deposit. We're animal lovers and want responsible pet owners to enjoy a property with animal companions! No smoking allowed.
