Workspace, Gym There is a dedicated office space that you can use for work or study, complete with an inspiring mural, office chair, and sit/stand desk. High speed wifi is available throughout the home. There is an open workout space with a smart TV, free weights, and yoga equipment. Stream a sweaty workout session or a chill yoga class followed by some meditation on the mat. Family Room Enjoy quality time with family or friends on the ample and comfortable couch. Feel free to spread out in front of the gas fireplace on chilly Vegas nights. Smart TV available in the space. Pool and Patio Private pool and patio. There are 2 lounge chairs, a seating area, and dining table for 4 available for use. Enjoy the fire pit on chilly nights. Pool is NOT HEATED. Temps. In the spring/fall can be in the mid 60s - 70s and mid 80s - 90s in summer. Pool has safety fence. If you'll be using the pool during your stay, maintenance will come by weekly to service and clean it. Pest control will be bi-monthly. Guest access You'll have access to the entire house and the private pool + patio. We offer free wifi and access to the washer/dryer. Garage and plenty of parking outside the house in the cul-de-sac. Space for 2 cars in the driveway. We require a lease and background check. Utilities: all utilities included for short term rentals less than 6 months. 6-12 month lease - utilities not included.
