Lovely neighbors, safe, quiet, well maintained neighborhood with excellent schools (especially elementary schools). A very good mix of young familes, established families and older people make up this friendly neighborhood. We catch the last of the ocean breeze so it is never quite as hot as the inland forcast. Shops are conveniently close, but not visible from the house, everything you need is within a couple of miles. A San Diego hiker's paradise with Cowles Mountain and Mission Trails Parks at each end of the street.
