The garage is and one and a half space with a garage door opener. There is a large back yard and lawn care is provided. Garbage and water are paid by landlord. The tenants are responsible for snow removal on the sidewalk and driveway. No more than an inch of snow can accumulate on the public sidewalk or the City levies a fine. The unit is well taken care of and has fairly new carpets and new paint. This a one year lease but I would want the renewal date to be July 1, 2025. A satisfactory rental period will insure a renewal of another year. The carpets must be cleaned by a professional carpet cleaner at the end of the lease when you move out. I pay the garbage and water and all other fees or costs are the tenant's. NO PETS are allowed without exception. No smoking in the building. The unit and the surrounding area must be kept in a reasonable condition.
