Large windows and good amount of light for a basement. Room is large, can fit a queen or even a king size bed if desired. Large closet. Washer and dryer in unit. 1 roommate, no pets third bedroom is shared as a gear room. Roommate is a good guy, likes to recreate outside and does not work from home. Landlord is great. I'm only moving out because I took a job in another state otherwise I would not leave this living situation! Can arrange to view in person and meet roommate if interested. 7 minutes to the mouth of BCC, 10 minutes to LCC.
