Maid cleans rooms, bedding and common areas every other week. 1 mile from some of the best hiking/biking in California, mile to the 101 freeway. 20 minutes to the beach by car. You can actually mountain bike through Sycamore Canyon to the ocean; it's an amazing ride. 100 yards from a Trader Joe's, Mexican food, Indian food, coffee shop, gym, physical therapy aka: weekend warrior store. 1st month's rent and $500 security deposit due at lease signing.
