**NOTE We are currently moving out of this house into our new home, so the description below is what the house will be once we've moved out and completed a few small projects. No smoking is permitted inside the premises. Up to four (4) pets are allowed, subject to a pet deposit and/or monthly pet rent as outlined in the lease. Tenant is responsible for payment of all utilities and for performing routine general maintenance of the premises, including yard upkeep if applicable. Landlord remains responsible for major systems and structural repairs unless caused by tenant negligence. The first month's rent and the security deposit are due in full at lease signing.
