    What's special

This photo is of the private terrace. There are to many private belongings in the apt for me to take photos. TRUE 3 BED LARGE PRIVATE TERRACE w VIEWS DUPLEX 2 FULL BATHS NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEVATOR (TOP FLOOR) SHARED BACKYARD w FURNITURE DISHWASHER LAUNDRY ROOM (5 WASHER 5 DRYERS) WORKOUT ROOM SOUTHERN EXPOSURE SO LOTS OF LIGHT SUPER IN BUILDING FREE BIKE STORAGE PACKAGE SURVEILLANCE Hello Everyone, PHOTOS TO COME TUESDAY ! Using terrace photo from 7B I have a 3 bedroom 7D (does not need to be converted) apartment popping up . I'm in the East Village on the top floor of an elevator building. All bedroom fit fulls (queens) have windows and 3 closets. The apt is on the fifth floor in an ELEVATOR building. There is a SHARED BACKYARD for the building which is great for laying out/ grilling, dinner parties etc. The apartment is prewired for internet, and has hard wood floors. Its also an elevator building with a clean well lit LAUNDRY ROOM. There is a FITNESS ROOM in the building with new machines. Oh the building is pet friendly as well. Flexible landlord, guarantors are allowed from anywhere in the US, sublets ok, Being a broker I can choose any of my landlords buildings to live in and I chose these guys. After 8 years they have been great with repairs, re sanded my floors half way through my lease, repainted the walls when we requested it, and their rent increases have been modest. There is a new police station across the street which in regards to safety is actually pretty great. Its only for detectives and parking meters so no loud sirens but makes the block one of the safest in the East Village. The area is awesome- The F train is blocks away at 1st Ave and 1st street (24 hour stop) and that literally goes straight up 6th avenue to NYU, West Village- Penn station, Bryant Park, Rockefeller and finally Central park, the J,M,Z are 3 blocks away (8 min) There's a huge running track on Houston a block over where Zog sports plays a lot of games. Two free Outside public swimming are a block away as well. There's a Whole Foods down Houston street with a YMCA that has an Olympic sized swimming pool. SOHO, Lower East Side, NYU, Greenwich Village, Nolita, and of course all the East Village are close by. Oh MTA has a website now that tells you the exact minute when the bus will be on the corner. This is an occupied apt so the landlord is expecting that I'm either meeting clients or at least talking with them by phone before bothering his tenants. Besides there are to many variables like showing times, move in dates, details of the apt etc to work only by email. PLEASE ADD YOUR IDEAL MOVE IN DATE, BACK UP DATE, PETS AND BEST NUMBER TO REACH YOU ON IN YOUR EMAIL, Hope everything works out with your search. Cheers, Nicholas VanderBorgh
