The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds - perfect for kids! The 3rd bedroom features a 2nd King bed. The 4th bedroom is separate from the sleeping quarters of the rest of the home, perfect for extra privacy or an early-riser, it features a Queen bed, a desk with office chair, and has direct access to the shared full bathroom. The TV room is equipped with a modular sectional sofa that easily converts to another bed. What our guests love about our listing: - Our home features a Private 9 Hole Mini Golf Course overlooking the ocean - We are minutes to the beach and all beach supplies are included (towels, chairs, cooler, umbrella, boogie boards, toys) - Our home is PET FRIENDLY! So feel free to bring your fur babies. We provide dog bowls and towels. - We are also family friendly - complimentary pack-n-play, highchair, and childrens dinnerware - The home has a beautifully designed sunroom facing the picture-perfect Ocean views. Sit and enjoy the seascape over a complimentary cup of coffee or watch the sunset with a glass of wine - The house is conveniently located just off of Interstate 5 (I-5) for ease and accessibility to the rest of SoCal. Spend a day at Disneyland, Universal Studios, Legoland, Seaworld, downtown San Diego, Coronado Island, Los Angeles and more! The options are endless at this centrally located home. - This mid-century modern, boho-chic retreat was designed and staged by a local San Diego designer! - Fast WiFi on our large 65" SMART TV in the living room and 55 SMART TV in the primary bedroom. - Designated work space - Professionally cleaned and sanitized between each and every guest. - Easy self-checkin via secure door keypad. What some of our guests do not love that much about our listing: - Our home does not offer air conditioning, however it does have a whole house fan that circulates air throughout. Opening a few windows to let the cool ocean breeze in helps to cool it down fast! - The highway (I-5) is pretty close by which is convenient, however does result in some mild traffic noise. The inside of the house is very quiet, it's only while outside that youre able to hear it and it quickly fades to the background. Details and House Rules - Utilities are included up to $350/month. - $100 pet fee - 30 day minimum - 3 parking spaces are available in the driveway. There shall be no fee for the parking spaces. Additional parking is available on the street however cars must be parked in the driveway overnight. There are additional parking spaces in the garage as well as long as the outdoor rugs and pool table are moved. - No smoking of any kind (cigarette, marijuana, or vaping) - a $250 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke, or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property. - Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. We do have a sound monitoring device inside the home that alerts us if there is an extended period of time that noise exceeds the acceptable level. - Our home is equipped with exterior cameras that record to the cloud 24/7. - Cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy and unorderly. - Any violation of the house rules could be grounds for immediate termination and removal from the property without a refund.
