Huge wonderful house. It was built by 70 West builders and we upgraded many things. This is their largest floor plan that they offer and it is the Beachridge. The house is located on a cul-de-sac. As you look at the house from the front there is a long driveway that leads to a side loading 3 car garage. Surrounding the house is a wooden fence that has painted posts and stained pickets to match our next door neighbors. There is also a stone ring in the front yard with a maple tree inside with tulips planted around it. On both sides of the front yard there is trees and knockout roses planted in front of each fence section on the right side of the house. Each side of the house has large double door gates leading to the back yard to drive thru. Off to the in the back right of the property we have planted grape vines. At the back fence line we have also planted 3 apple trees and a pear tree that have been in the ground for 3 years now and they have all been producing fruit.
