Wooded and very private! Beautiful! Very succulent and peaceful place to us! We’ve never added or taken out anything other then enough to get a drive and small area for our 16ft camper! Very minimal vegetation( closet to enjoying the real “gods country”)have been cut. We have enjoyed this little Serene and undeveloped great work of creation for many years now! No home has ever been here nor has it ever been homestead it’s home away from home with out a home !! For us it has been! Few 55 gallon drums of water, small generator it’s the like the holiday inn for a weekend! Or you could choose to build your dream home on it ! Restrictions are very level and minimum requirements. Mobile home or site built! If like us, and local you’ve had Bad day at work swing by “The 5” lay in the hammock and just forget the problems as you listen to the birds sing and watch the endless amount of deer and turkeys go about there normal routine all right in front of your eyes! We Feed all the wildlife on a weekly basis so they are very brave guys now days lol. No we do not kill them for food or sport and do not engage in any of that!
