Coffee pot, Toaster, Dinnerware, drinking glasses, plastic cups, plates, silverware, sharp knives, cooking utensils, pasta strainer, pots and pans, bowls and more. Sliding glass doors open up to the balcony deck that overlooks the backyard. Patio furniture provided to laze away the day and nights in a relaxed atmosphere. Second floor 3 bedrooms and 2 walk in bathrooms Master Bedroom with King bed, 55" Samsung Tv, dresser, Closet and 2 night lamps on nightstands. No Pets allowed No illegal substances No Parties No guns No commercial photo shoots without the owner's consent. No noise after 10pm-7am according to the city noise ordinance.
