Hey All! This is an industrial renovated studio space. It's the downstairs unit of the back house on the property (2 properties on the lot). Worth noting there is a somewhat unique communal vibe on the property. Friendly, open, vibe with relatively shared yards, dog roaming around, but still privacy for each unit. Owner (age 32) lives in upstairs unit of back house alone.
