Checking or Savings only. 5) Completed Application by all individuals 18 year of age or older. 6) If applicant is currently renting from a landlord, will need proof or paid rents for the last 12 months. 7) No pets or animals allowed no exceptions! 8) Tenants will be required to sign acknowledgement.
