If paid weekly will need recent full month pay stubs. If self-employed people will need 2 most recent tax returns, the first 2 pages. 4) Copy of the 2 most recent bank statements. Checking or Savings only. 5) Completed Application by all individuals 18 year of age or older. 6) If applicant is currently renting from a landlord, will need proof or paid rents for the last 12 months. 7) No pets or animals allowed no exceptions! 8) Tenants will be required to sign acknowledgement. Signing this acknowledgment indicates that you have had the opportunity to review the landlord's tenant selection criteria. The tenant selection criteria may include factors such as criminal history, credit history, current income, and rental history. If you do not meet the selection criteria, or if you provide inaccurate or incomplete information, your application may be rejected and your application fee will not be refunded."
