Please note: There may be an RV parked at the end of the driveway near the street. It may occasionally be occupied by the property owners, who travel often and are rarely on site. Their presence will not affect your privacy or use of the home.
Pet Policy: This is a Dog-friendly home & dogs are only accepted with an applicable pet fee per pet (Limit 2) & prior agreement. No cats or other pets allowed.
Please note that there are neighbor dogs, chickens and livestock running loose in the neighborhood. All dogs must be kept on a leash outside (The backyard is NOT fully fenced).
This is a vacation rental, please call regarding availability. Term from 1 to 6 months considered.
Application fee is $50 per adult. $75 lease prep fee. Section 8: Housing Assistance Accepted. We do NOT accept portable applications (something that is obtained outside of the company). A complete application means: you've seen the unit online, submitted the application and paid the fee. Please check our website for more information on approval criterion.
We are looking for people with permanent employment (or retired), verifiable, combined, gross income of 3x rent or sufficient savings, excellent credit, and landlord or mortgage history.
Tenant required to have renter's insurance, which costs $12 per month if you use ours. We require first, last and deposit to move in. $1000 deposit represents refundable security and prepaid cleaning fee.
