The shared rustic/wooded backyard is private with picnic table and has space to set-up BBQ Grill. Landlord pays for monitor heating system in living room. Tenant pays for CMP electricity (lights and electrical heat). Total monthly rent is $1,600/month. The first month's rent of $1,600 plus security deposit of $1,600 are required at signing of Rental Agreement and must be paid with cashiers check or money order.
