Close to I-95, Routes 1 and 111, the Eastern Trail, Fortunes Rocks Beach, restaurants, Walmart, Target, pharmacies, hospital, grocery stores, Dollar Tree, Starbucks, etc. It comes with two designated off-street parking spaces, two good-sized bedrooms, one bathroom, electric stove, fridge, washer & dryer hookup (washer & dryer are not provided), and the apt. is cable ready (cable service is not included). The shared rustic/wooded backyard is private with picnic table and has space to set-up BBQ Grill. Landlord pays for monitor heating system in living room. Tenant pays for CMP electricity (lights and electrical heat). Total monthly rent is $1,600/month. The first month's rent of $1,600 plus security deposit of $1,600 are required at signing of Rental Agreement and must be paid with cashiers check or money order. A $30 non-refundable Application Fee is required to help cover the cost of your background/credit check. Proof of income is also required, and references from prior landlord(s) will be checked.
