The full bath and both bedrooms are upstairs. One bedroom has a walk-in closet. We are a NON-SMOKING property, but also PET FRIENDLY. We accept most dogs and indoor only cats with an additional deposit of $250 and monthly pet rent. Dogs are $50 per month per dog and cats are $35 per month per cat. Limit of 2 pets. Dogs have breed restrictions. Each unit comes with one parking space that is assigned and in a carport. We have two seasonal pools and two updated laundry rooms. Residents pay for all utilities and the required renter's insurance. We do ask for a minimum Lease of 8 months.
