The Harvard apartments are located close to the Capitol Hill campus of Cornish College near Broadway. Volunteer Park is a short walk away and there are many shops and restaurants nearby as well. This unit is located on the 3rd floor and receives great natural light. It has vinyl plank flooring throughout and new carpet in the bedroom. The kitchen has granite counters and new stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. The unit is cable ready. There is a $100/month utility fee for water/sewer/garbage. At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the refundable security deposit upon approval. This is a no smoking and no dog building. Cats are welcome.
