Enjoy everything that North Capitol Hill has to offer. Unit 102 has vinyl plank flooring throughout. The kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. There is a private patio off the living room which could easily be made into your own urban oasis and enjoyed during the summer months. At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $1000 deposit that is then applied to the refundable security deposit upon approval. There is a $75 monthly utility for water/sewer/garbage per person. A designated parking stall may be available for $75/month.
