Water, Gas, and Electricity will be covered. this neighborhood is one of the most quiet of downey and very safe. It's located here in Treasure Island. Very close to neighboring freeways such as the 5, 710, 605. 14 min from downtown LA and about 20 min to the OC. Only street parking available. Any questions feel free to message me. $1500 deposit. This is for a month to month basis. Most of the tenants we have had stay for approx 3-4 years. We are excited to have someone new to come and enjoy the space.
