Looking for a quiet, respectful, professional to rent this cute one bedroom apartment on the second floor of a Victorian house with wood floors, French doors and a claw foot tub. It's one of 5 different apartments and it is furnished. It's big enough for one person only and we don't allow pets because the apartment is furnished. We're in a great location in downtown Longmont near stores, boutiques, restaurants, the public library, the police station and a coffee shop. There are multiple parks located a few blocks away, public bus transport is two blocks away and if you're interested in parades, you won't have to look for parking. Management does live on site and we are a smoke free and drug free property. Thanks for looking. We are looking for a 1-yr lease with the possibilities of staying longer. This is a no smoking property and you do have one parking spot on the property. Because it's furnished we don't allow pets. You are responsible to help with snow removal in the driveway, which is where you'll be parking. You must be able to go up and down stairs and be considerate of others as well.
