    What's special

    For rent is a finished basement renovation in our home. The unit has 1 bedroom and 1 full bathroom, in unit washer and drier, access to our backyard and patio area, and some space in the garage for outdoor items like bikes, skis, snowboards, and SUP's. The unit is accessed from a private entrance in the backyard. On street parking is available. The thermostat and wifi are both controlled from our unit and temperature accommodations can be made upon reasonable request. We typically set the temperature to 70 degrees minimum during the winter and leave it off once the weather warms. We're looking for people to share our home and yard with and are conscience our shared dwelling unit. We do have a baby and request our cohabitants be mindful of late night noise, and not be surprised by a peep or two from the little guy. Rent is a flat fee, all utilities are included. Thermostat and wifi are included controlled form our unit. During the winter the thermostat is set automatically to 70 degrees and is off during the warmer months. Street parking is available. Our garage is available for a limited number of larger outdoor toys such as bikes, skis, SUP's, etc. The furnace is located in this unit and does create noise when on. We do have a baby, which also creates noise :). We're looking for renters who are not late night party animals and generally mellow after 9pm.
