This is a little cottage behind the main house and behind the pool. We call it the Pool House. Cute tahoe cabin style look with front porch. We live on 5 acres and the main yard is fenced, but we have pastures that horses use and a large barn and toy parking area at the way back. We MAY allow 1 small dog, although prefer no pets. Needs to be trained though and mostly indoors as they can get out of the yard and we do have coyotes and horses. We also need a single tenant ( no couples or room-mates) only as the septic system for that unit is not meant for multiple people to use daily. No smoking of anything in or around property. Parking will start off on shared area of driveway, as long as no fluids leak from car, if there is, then parking on our gravel area will be available. and in the next 6 months we plan to put a gravel driveway closer to the pool house with a storage shed. The laundry room is in the main house mud room area and available to use free of charge, just bring your own septic safe soap (liquids are mostly fine) which can be stored in your own area there too. It is shared with us, so we just need a bit of notice to be sure we won't intrude on time you need to use it. It's mostly my husband and I only living here. We do go to our Tahoe home much of the time as well. It's a very safe area, private and rural setting, yet close to everything. We are close to Folsom Lake Park and enjoy horseback riding, bike riding and hiking or using our boat on the lake with the kids. It's a wonderful area! We do not have USPS delivery here for you however. You can have UPS, FEDEX or AMAZON deliver here fine, but the USPS needs to have a PO Box setup at Granite Bay Post office or one of the private places nearby. You will be required to complete an application, credit, criminal and renter background check nationally which is done by a 3rd party at a cost of between $30 & $40. If you do not have good credit or good rental background, please do not apply as I'd hate for you to waste your money. Again, this place has limited septic so is only for 1 person, please do not ask for exceptions. Please email me with your phone number so we can chat, start an application and arrange a meeting. Tours are NOT setup until I get my application completed and returned. Don't worry, there is very little private financial info collected up front because we do not process the credit or criminal back ground ourselves that is done by 3rd party online and you complete the info and pay online directly. You will have to prove identity at lease signing. Looking at a 6 month lease to start, but most of our tenants have stayed several years. It's private, mostly quiet except when my grandkids come by to use the pool or we babysit. Back yard can get noisy from them during their visit. They are used to having tenants back there though and are respectful and will not bother you although you are welcome to join in on the pool fun if you wish! :-) Pool is available for use at any time by you as well along with guests as long as you are with them.
