Entrances to the apartment from the front and back of the house. A block away from the bus to NYC and a short drive to the train station. Many places to dine and shop just a short drive away. The landlords live upstairs. Water, gas, electric, and heat are included in the rent. The tenants will not have access to the driveway or backyard (except to use the back door) and there is not laundry on site that is for the landlords only. No pets allowed and absolutely no smoking of any kind. It can be smelled throughout the house. We will require a background and credit check as well as proof of income. Tenant will be responsible for the $29 application fee.
