The 500 square foot, newly renovated unit has high vaulted ceilings and convenient ground-level access that is accessible within steps of your own assigned parking space. The unit includes a washer and dryer that is private to just the tenant. We can negotiate terms if you'd like the place fully furnished as you see in the pictures. The unit also offers a cleaning every 3 months (at request). Renter is responsible for all utilities. This includes: Gas, electric, water, sewage, and trash pick up.
